Due to the limited space, and as per our entry guidelines, it has been necessary to run the entry reduction process only in the open division.  Below you will find a listing of the breed numbers before the reduction process. 

It pleases this Convention Sponsor to be able to note that only 172 Open exhibitors out of 1367 have been effected by this 'entry cut', with the necessity to remove only 520 animals from the system. We have attempted to make some provisions in order to accommodate more animals in the open division as we had originally anticipated.  We are also attempting to accommodate the entire youth entry, without the need to reduce any of their animals.

Confirmation sheets will be arriving sometime during the week, and if you have had animals cut from your entry, your letter will note that, and will also state how many animals you must remove from your entry.  The choice of which animal(s) to remove is yours.

Please read your confirmation sheet carefully, and follow the instructions for making any necessary corrections to any error we may have made from your original entry submitted, and also be certain to notify us which animals you will be removing from your entry due to the cut, (if applicable).
